  • My mother passed away and it was the first funeral I have ever had to plan. Roman was very nice in walking us through the process. He wasn't pushy or trying to sell us additional things we didn't need. I really recommend aria and Roman.

We worked with the Dallas location a year ago when my father in law passed away. They were wonderful during our grieving process. BUT now we are needing help with a receipt so we can send it to the VA as the VA requested this from us. ROMAN from the irving location is terribly rude. He questioned me, on how my loved one was buried, to which I had to explain to him, like he didn't believe me. We have been calling for two days to get this. We were first informed there is no record of my father in law in their system..... how can this be???? then I was told that they can not speak to me, even though I am on the paperwork and I was there during the entire process. First, we are being told that they are too busy to get around to it. Then told that they don't understand what kind of receipt we are needing. When you get paid for a service... you get a receipt. Business 101. If services are rendered, a receipt is made. What is so hard about that? THEN, after two days and 4 hours later, ROMAN tells us that he has to contact the accounting department to get such receipt.
Like I said, during the process the DALLAS location was great, very understanding and comforting of our loss. BUT a year later, it's like we don't matter and we are now just a number. They got paid, and what they needed. But when we need further assistance, we are made seem to be a bother to them.

  • Roman truly loves what he does. I could not have asked for God to bless my family and with a better person.

Roman did the following everytime he communicated to me or me calling and asking questions.

He listened, empathize, completed my thoughts when I was trying to graphs my emotions around losing my daughter.

I'm glad he was available the day I walked in.

Never stop and remember your job well not always please everyone. Know that add long as the higher power knows you did your best he is PROUD of you and so are your past customers..

  • Roman was very helpful to us when an employee passed leaving no family or will. We had very little to work with but he helped us with the hospital, the VA and the little service we had. I was very grateful for his guidance and that he didn't take advantage of us . Thank you Roman and family

They lack something called empathy. All they want is their money. My dad didn't have insurance so we had to come up with half down. But now they won't release my dad's ashes to my mother she is making payments. This is not right. They don't care. Don't go here.
