  If you only went on behind their door. The manager, Gary throws temper fits, screams at the top of his lungs, and throws items at other employees.

  A couple of nights ago we witnessed the funeral home come out to pick up the deceased and the salesman proceeded to do the sales pitch right then and there prior to even removing the body. The father had just died an hour ago and the family was still reeling. To do something like this was rude, invasive and opportunistic Do NOT use these guys. they are heartless.

  They lie. They do not follow the last wishes of your loved ones and then seem confused on why they lie. One employee will tell you one thing and another will lie to correct a mistake. We used them for two funerals. Our loved one, after the last death, was dishonored. They refused to do one simple thing and then lied about it. Deplorable.

  Under the circumstances, my overall experience with Brown's Memorial Funeral Home was good. The staff went over and above with their accommodations. They were beyond wonderful and I highly recommend them to anyone needing their assistance.

  Gary walked us through the planning process one step at a time. He did a great job helping us get ready and making sure everything was done. I am very thankful for him.
